Our Check in and Check Out Procedure

You may check in at any time during normal business hours — you will be charged for the night of arrival, regardless of the check-in time. Check-out time is at or before 5:00 PM. There is an additional charge for Sunday / holiday pickup.

Please let us know — if possible — whether your cat will be leaving in the morning or afternoon. We need to know when our guests will be leaving in order to have time to clean the suite before our next guest. It is very important that we keep a tight schedule so that we have a place for each kitty.

In addition, we are happy to accommodate any approved visitors your cat may have during his / her stay. We only ask that we be notified of their arrival prior to their visit. Call us today at 405-607-4422 with any questions regarding our policies or to schedule a reservation.
